Dr. Parmar was awarded the Lucknow University MacMahon Gold Medal for standing First in Order of Merit in M.Sc., examination. Dr. Parmar took his Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Lucknow University and Ph.D. (Biochemistry) at McGill University. Dr. Parmar was selected for the coveted National Science Foundation Senior Foreign Scientists Award at the University of North Dakota. The stated guidelines of this award have clearly exhibited the outstanding performance record of Dr. Parmar and his National and International recognition.

Dr. P.S. Rao, an eminent biotechnologist obtained his Ph.D degree from the University of Delhi and worked under the guidance of prof. P.Maheshwari, FRS-the doyen of Botany in India. He joined the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Govt. of India as a scientist and was the Head of the Agriculture and Biotechnology division. He was worked as a visiting Scientist in France and Germany in the area of plant Biotechnology. He has guided many students for doctorial degree and has published over 200 research papers in peer reviewed International and National journals.

Dr. Rao has also worked in the private sector, been a consultant to Reliance group of industries in Agri-biotech and was Vice President (Biotech), Indo-American Hybrid seeds, Bangalore.

Dr. Rao has received many honors and awards important being Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences India and Fellow of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has been serving as Chairman/ Expert member of many National committees and Task Force of the Department of Biotechnology and Department of Science / Technology. He has also served as Director of the Biotech Consortium of India (BCIL).

Mrs. Pushpa Latha G has been awarded Bachelor degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University; she has been in the IT industry and has rich experience in software development, analysis, design, implementation and training. She is instrumental in implementing quality procedures in projects. She worked as Software developer in Hewlett-Packard (HP) and has worked in companies like Satyam and NIIT Technology. She is presently handling business development, resource planning.

Mr. Ragavendra holds MBA in Marketing and HR from Bangalore University and post graduation diploma in Internal Business from Victoria University, Wellington, Newzeland. And he also worked as marketing manager in few corporate companies and he is presently with us, he responsible for marketing.

Dr. Harish has several years of experiences in coordination of all phases of global and domestic clinical trial activity in India. His experience includes designing and reviewing clinical trial related SOPs and WPDs, designing SOPs for Ethics Committees, budgeting for Clinical Trials. He was Board of Director for Rebirth Biosciences, Inc. Florida. USA. Dr. Harish has several years of teaching experience in the field of clinical Research, Bioinformatics, Proteomics, and Genomics. His Research experience includes "Structure Prediction" & "Pattern searching”. He also has the credit of publishing four books & edited seven books. Dr. Harish has long-standing professional relationships with individuals, institutions and corporate working in the domain of CRO, SMO, Bioinformatics & Biotechnology across the world. Dr. Harish was personally responsible for establishing one major SMOs and CRO in India. He has led large clinical operations teams and brought many innovations to the field including strategies, systems and processes for faster enrollment and increased retention.

He is a active trainer & worked as Director – Academics, ICBio Training wing, developed a global training program and has personally trained hundreds of pharma, CRO, SMO and Site employees in ICH-GCP and also worked as a faculty. Dr. Harish did his Post-graduate degree in Biochemistry from Kuvempu University. He was also awarded a doctorate degree in Bioinformatics from Miami, Florida.
